DON CHIPP FOUNDATION RESEARCH
The Don Chipp Foundation is an independent research body affiliated with the Australian Democrats. We seek to challenge as well as to inform current mainstream views on issues of great importance to the Australian community. Our Mission is to promote the values of a civil society through active engagement in public policy debates on issues which impact on the Australian community. One way this may be achieved is to foster and sponsor research on issues related to the promotion of social and economic justice within the Australian community.
Calls for expressions of interest are made available through this website and the Foundation newsletter. Grant guidelines (click here) and an application form (click here) are available from this website. Please note that these documents may be subject to change for each annual round of grants. Grant applications will only be accepted in the timeframes specified for each year.
